It has come to my attention that NCC is selling debts that some of you out there already paid(which you should never have done in the first place). If you have proof you paid NCC and you are getting collection calls and/or letters from another CA asking for payment on that debt please email me at picantel4343@hotmail.com . There is an attorney who is interested in talking to you and I will replay his information to you.
