Mary, you posted this six weeks ago with the handle of CrazyMary. Please read the responses from LadyNRed and myself.

Recently, I was turned on to a system that claims it can "Eliminate" Credit card debt. I was very skeptical and began doing extensive searches and found that there are many companies offering information or services charging from $300 to $10k for the knowledge or service.

All of the services I questioned seemed to have the same approach. Their claim is that it is illegal for a bank to offer unsecured credit and that banks "Create" money using our promisory notes. Because they do not disclose this fact they are committing crimes. It is more involved than that but I am not a professional banker and I have not yet purchased one of these systems.

I have read some books regarding the banking system and Federal Reserve banks lately to learn more about how they work. From what I can tell from several weeks of research (which I admit is just a smidgen) is that what these services claim is true and the banks certainly are operating outside of their priviledges.

I'm still very skeptical but I'm at my wits end with debt and very near filing BK. I'm about ready to try this but I'm wondering if anyone else here has tried these methods and what their experience is.

Not to be rude, but I'm not looking for inexperienced opinions here. Just the facts from people who have actually tried these services or the methods they propose. Good insightful facts are what I need to make a very important decision. I go to court here in TX against Citibank soon and if I decide to fight to the death I'm going to have to rely on one of these systems to support my defense.

Keep your shiny sides up!
