We acquired this business credit card in 2000 and I think the last payment we ever made was almost a year ago. The original creditor is Bank of America and I live in S.Florida.When the asshole called me, I told him that we don't have the money to pay anything and he flat out told me that he'll see us in court with all the attorney fees as well. He also mentioned that my husband took a card out in my name but that a crock of shit. My husband is the only person on the account. That can be checked in our credit reports to prove it. I've put a call in to my accountant to see what I should do. If you or anyone can give me any advice, I'M ALL EARS. Thanx
