I was just harrassed by them for an account that was charged off in 1988. They stated I was no better than a criminal and that I committed fraud because I never had the intentions of paying this debt. They wouldnt let me talk when I told them I wanted their address. They refused to provide me with their address, and the guy spent 15 minutes trying to persecute me. Saying they recorded by conversation and that I admitted to the bill, which I did, but wanted to validate the amount owed and how a credit card debt of 800 can go to 3800.

The manager finally got on the phone, gave me the address and tried to calm me down. I told him I wanted verification, complete verification of the debt. He said ok, and I hung up and immediately filed a complaint on the FTC.GOV site.

What a company. I was a collector and this company broke all kind of laws in less than 15 minutes. I was amazed.
