I never received a 1099c from any creditor and obviously the creditor never forgave the debt because now I'm being threatened by this lawer. I don't recall ever receiving a letter from this law firm either. The name of the firm is Fredrick Hannah or something and the guy's name is Hunter Armstrong.I have a file number as well...how can you tell if it's a court case number or not? Can I chech the Miami Dade court house listing for a case?(my case)? If I'm insolvent, am I still legally responsible for the debt? My taxes will prove that I'm under the poverty line...
