The "Blue Book" suggested retail price is not always the correct one in every case. It depends on your trade in, your finance charges and your included cost of insurance taxes licenses and registration.

Plus if the car is BRAND NEW, th minute it is titled and driven off the car lot it becomes a used car, so IF you had it reossessed,and if it were to sell at auction it would likely be for around $13-$14,000, not $20,000, plus the repo and legal costs, and you would have a deficiency of probably $15,000 that you would owe.

Have you looked to see if you could reduce your payments? Perhaps a Credit Union could refinance at a lower interest rate.
