GREAT!! Since you were NOT notified, they have 2 years from time of repo to sue and 4 years, I believe, with proper notification. I'd send them the SOL letter from Why Chat's website and tell them they are "SOL"! Send it CRRR, and then dispute it with the CRA's. The account probably wasn't "validated", but "verified".
