Threats are cheap and easy. Lawsuits are expensive and time consuming. This "lawyer" is trying to get you to admit the debt by paying anything...if you do, the clock resets.

So, pay nothing, say nothing, do nothing.

Bullies need victims to succeed. Don't be a victim. You can fight this and win.
