I had an account sent to them for collection and when i calle dthem to recieve an upodated statement (they hadn't sent one since October 2002) they told me I wasn't in their computer under my name or Social Security number. This is bad right?
I know I still owe the debt but how can I even find out what the heck it's for if they claim to not have me on file and I can't remember who I owe?
