If this was a Fl. judgment it is ESSENTIAL that you do NOT contact this lawyer in ANY way,

ALL judgments filed BEFORE Oct.1, 2001 MUST be refiled by Oct.13 2003 to remain valid.

In order to refile, the creditor MUST have the current address and ss # of the debtor,if you
respond in any manner, they can refile the judgment lien.
