Since this judgment has been refiled with my current address (at least they THINK it's my current address), what if I don't answer the door to the sheriff/get my roommate to deny that I live there....

Would that invalidate the refiled judgemnt, since they have to have my CURRENT address to file?

And then when October 13 comes around, I'm in the clear?
