It is unlikely that filing for BK would affect your getting tenure. The BK code prohibits discrimination based solely on a BK filing. Unless your school district has some strange rules, it likely won't hurt you at all. As for your credit reports, you can get the address from each of the CRA's and send a written request for your credit report. Then you can use a cashiers check to pay for it. The unpaid state taxes likely will not be discharged, those types of taxes usually are not, same for property taxes. You might want to read up on the whole process at the site linked below.
