If you were not living at the address which they used when they refiled, you can contest any action they try to take against you by filing a motion to have the refiling declared invalid and fraudulent.

However, this is NOT something you can handle easily on your own, and I do not nw if they can then refile with a corrected address.

In any case, they certainly cannot file anything against you at an address you are no longer living at.

If you can, I suggest you see a lawyer.
