You apparently already have a judgment filed against you, and they are ammending it to add more $$.

It is likely already on your reports.

If they have not tried to enforce it, they probably are unable to do so.

Any payment you make or attempted settlment would have no effect n a filed judgment,it would not be shown as "paid" until it IS paid, and will stay on your reports the same 7 years from the original filing.

Are you still in Me.? If not, they cannot enforce the judgment in the State you are in now without domesticating it.

If you ARE in anther State, this recent service may be related to that attempt. I suggest you see a lawyer.
