How do I close CBUSA accounts

Hi..I am new around here so please forgive me for my ignorance. I just got my free credit report and see that I have several open Citibank accounts. But they were for credit cards I obtained through places like Fred Meyer and Goodyear. A while back I went through Consumer Credit Counseling Service because of massive debt problems. Fast forward to now and I'm doing OK..not great but OK. Well several of the accounts handled by CCCS included the Goodyear one. I thought that one was closed but it apparently isn't. I have gone on www.Citibank.com and see a multitude of phone numbers listed. Which phone number should I call to close my accounts? Thank you for you help.
