It would probably depend on the individual service. I just know that if you enroll in the program, you have to destroy your cards at the office when you sign up and you are not supposed to take on any new credit while in the program. At least that's what the D.C. area offices tell me...

It may also depend on the creditor. Some will work with CCCS, others won't.
