I just want to be through and ask two very direct questions:

1. Does opting out prevent a CA with an account of ours from using the CRAs Skip Locator service?

2. If so, is there a link or something that validates this?

And a third q - If you ask the CRAs if anyone is using the Skip Locator service on you, do they have to tell you?
