I certainly am not an expert here, but I thought I remember reading in a post a while back, concerning making payments after an account had been charged off. Payments in a situation such as that would not reset the clock, one would have to enter into a new jointly agreed upon agreement such as with CCCS. I remember seeing that, so from my memory I would say, yes it would resent the SOL clock. Just what I remember reading somewhere.
