Thanks for your input Lady. I have doubts that it will actually go to trial. It will probably be dismissed or she won't show. There is NO case. Anyway, I got a Equifax credit report 2 months ago, this account was not on it. I filed a dispute on another account and when they cleared it I got another updated copy and that account still wasn't on it. So, any new credit reports I get better NOT have that account listed because if it does, then they have re-aged it which they CANNOT do. But, then again, they filed a time barred lawsuit! Thanks again Lady.
