to release it to us, but Fairlane told them we were

As of 9/03, they charged off 14k!!! They never sent
anything in writing about the repossession, our account
delinquency, or the charge off. How do we fight a
company that doesn't exist? Don't they need to verify
the debt with our original contracts, acount history, and/
or other proof of where they get this astronomical
figure? Most importantly, how do we fight to keep this
off our credit? Any other Fairlane victims?
