I have an interest in this case, cause like bankruptcy - to post information about a person which is not ture, and which does have a negative bearing on approval for loans. It should also include Authorized User accounts.

And it should not just be limited to just Bankruptcy - it should include all negative reporting since the Authorized User is not responsible for the account what so ever.

I know and have seen for a fact, that loan officers - include these accounts in determining loans and even if they did not, these accounts are still affecting the credit scores which they use to pre-deterimine loans, so I feel that there is room here to make new rules on this matter to include these type of accounts.

Most of the time, loan officers don't distinguish beteen responsible party and authorized user, so this is a very important subject and appricate your insight on this matter.

Go to Court?? On what basis?
If you were an AU on an account that defaulted, then it is a permissible report.

The only time you can get your status as an AU removed is while the account isin good standing, and the account holder requests removal.

NOW, if the account holder declared BK, THAT notation cannot be put on your credit report, (BIG settlement on a class action suit in proccess on THAT issue)

The only other thing you can possibly do, is if you NEVER used the account, claim ID fraud with an unpermitted addition of your name as AU.
