Lady Red posted earlier that "send immediate payment" was a violation. I have a letter that states "send the balance today".... is that in violation as well? History: Account from Providian. Tuned over to W&A. Several communications with W&A nothing came out of it. Now it's turned over to Kramer & Frank P.C. On Whychat advice I hand wrote a letter and just used regular mail to request validation. Now I have received a letter requesting to "send balance today!", but nothing about receiving my request. Should I know send copy of first letter and send CRRR? Live in Missouri and debt is from 2000 for $1953.. well was originally $900 Thanks
