I hope it isn't too late, and you already have an outcome to your case. I also had a case with ASSet Acceptance. I won. I represented myself pro se. They had to dismiss the case because they couldn't validate the debt. They didn't have anything, and were attempting to get a default judgement. What is the name of the attorney?
