You might want to speak to a lawyer. Get all your paperwork in order, especially the payment agreement. the original judgment and copies of any payments you made. Then call an attorney - some of them will speak to you over the phone- others want to meet with you - and explain your situation. They might be able to help you. If you want to negotitate an agreement, a lawyer is in a better position to help you do that. Go to the naca website on WhyChat's website and search under your state only for the search time. Have it sorted by city..read all the credentials, check out the lawyers yellow page ads, and call the ones you feel are in your area of dispute.
