I've been scroling down all the post and I see a lot of "bounced checks". What if your bank manager allowed you to use your checks and he would cover them as long as you replenish the funds in a reasonable amount of time.Then one day came, and you had no money to pay the bank back. Now the bank has sent this to a collection agency. Technically, we never bounced a check nor was there a written agreement of a loan of any sort. Do we still have to pay it?
