I was reading the post from the other day "old CCCS and SOL question". Why Chat had answered me a month or two ago that CCCS payments DO NOT restart the clock. I looked at all the post to yours and didn't get the answer. Did you ever find out for sure? I entered CCCS in 12/99. All my accounts were closed. I payed CCCS 14 payments and stopped because the balances were barely and I mean barely dropping. I'm hopeing the SOL for law suit clock starts in 12/99. Correct???
