I'm in FL. To my knowledge, I never had an NSF check but according to this collector, I do. I asked him for verification and he told me that I have my bank statements for that. As far as I know, the bank paid EVERYTHING!!! I have no idea who the checks were written to or even how many checks this guy is talking about. The only thing I know is the amount is $546.24 which includes (according to him) all the NSF charges which are $30.00 a piece. He would not tell me how many checks were written or how many charges were put etc.. What do I do?
