One of them is for sure. I was served a summons a few days ago. The attorney works for Capital One and the debt is for around $1800. Can I negotiate with the attorney or through Capital One directly. This is my debt and I just want to make these collection people stop calling. I don't have the $ to pay all these debts in full. Please advise of my options if any.
