I have caller ID & a machine. Capital One has already sued me and I don't want the others to do the same. I make decent $ however I still live pay check to pay check since I pay cash for everything. I don't own property and I'm still making car payments on my current car.
IF I'M INTERESTED IN SETTLING W/THESE CC COMPANIES WHAT SHOULD MY FIRST STEP BE?
I really want to re-build my credit and purchase a home in a few years.
