Send the Why Chat's SOL letter - it basically says "get lost," I know better.

If you do want another account with them, however, let them know that you would pay in order to get another chance - they do that.

They are taking achance that you don't know your rights, that your situation has improved, and you feel a moral obligation to pay them.

They ARE one of the few who will take you off their blacklist and give you a chance to re-establish credit with them if you pay the entire amount originally owed.
