go to the links I provided. It is ILLEGAL to sue on a time barred debt. You have to show up and if you do and know the laws you can make them pay you. Most people like 99.9999999% do not know the laws so it is in the interest of the CA to break the law and file. Print out ALL of the information including the PA statutes, the kimber caselaw, and all of the violations of the fdcpa. Any competent judge should do his homework and rule in your favor but call the courthouse and ask if it is too late to file your countersuit. No mercy.
