How much is enough?

Dear Linda,
I have approximately 10K in cc debt that I have been paying on what seems like forever. Recently, I came into $6,500. and would like get rid of these debts. What amount, or percentage, of the balance do you think the creditors would accept to eliminate these debts. 25%? 50%? I feel that they have already made a bundle off of me and would love to pay them off and still have a little leftover.
