You need to be as detailed as you can. An account # and 'not mine' will allow them to be very lazy and NOT do what they are supposed to - investigate.

You want to say Account #, OC, date opened, last reported date, amount, etc., then say 'not mine'.

Don't dispute them all on one, do it in batches of 3-5, you'll run less chance of being labled as 'frivolous' that way.
