Then what you need to do is call the courthouse, or go there, and get a copy of the case file for the judgment. In the file will be a 'proof of service' form. It will show you where, when, how, and to whom the summons was served. If you were not served properly, then you may be able to get the judgment vacated for improper service. Then they have to start ALL OVER again !
