CAMCO, and some questions

My husband was contacted by CAMCO regarding a debt from 1990, which we are fairly sure was discharged in a bankruptcy filed in 1991. We are awaiting receipt of the BK papers to prove it. My question is, what should I do if it is listed on the BK? Can I sue them for calling me? I have not received anything in the mail, nor have I mailed them anything. I am sending Cease and Desist letter today, because they call every day. Next time I get the jerk on the phone, I will record our conversation. Do I need a lawyer to sue them or is it something I can do on my own?
