Even if it wasn't included in your BK, the SOL ran out a long time ago. If it WAS included, they can be in a HUGE amount of trouble for attempting to collect on a discharged debt ! You don't HAVE to have a lawyer, you CAN sue them yourselves. However, there is a lawfirm that is already after them (1 among many), Edelman, Combs & Latturner, so you may want to contact that firm and speak with them, ESPECIALLY if this is a discharged debt !
