Why can't you write any checks ???? NCC is nothing but a SCAM and they are in HUGE trouble with the Federal Trade Commission ! Has your check cleared ? If not, STOP PAYMENT ON IT NOW, NOW, NOW !!! Then notify your bank that that any attempt to cash a check or access your account by these people is FRAUD and they are not to allow it !
