Tally up all your normal expenses.. and I mean EVERYTHING, not just rent/mortgage, car payments, utilities, cable and phone, I mean ALL of it -down to shoe repair and postage stamps. Subtract that total from your DH's take-home pay and what's left ?

If its less than $100, you CAN file for CH 7. Yes, its worth it.
