Both accounts are Citibank. I know this probably won't help much, but...

The first, "GRDN/CBUSA" is likely a "store card", such as those you would find when you apply for credit at Home Depot or Circuit City.

The second "ASSO/CITI" could be anything, as Associates Financial (a company who dealt in most aspects of consumer lending) were purchased by Citibank in 2000.

The easiest way to find out for certain is to call the Credit Reporting Agency directly and ask for the company contact information (company name, address, telephone, fax, etc.) for each account in question.
