Don't worry...in order to get a lawsuit they have to file....then get judgement....this takes a long time....how old and what type of debt is it....credit card?....what state are you in.....check the statutes on the SOL for debts in your state.....you hold all the keys...collection agencies are lying scum......never give them any info at all...especially bank accounts and such...
