delaware is my state.

question 1: since delaware has no statute of limitation on judgments, is a credit card judgement default be eventually discharged in a bankruptcy or is it exempt from being discharged?

question 2: if a collection agency wins through judgement default against one spouse's debts and is successful in putting a lien on the house that is owned jointly, would the lien be reported as deragatory on both husband's and wife's credit information or just the spouse that had a judgement on?
