Need legal help with AMEX

I have refused to pay disputed charges placed on my AMEX bill 2 years ago. I have to answer a Complaint by the 19th of September. ONe charge was paid to merchant with a check, the second merchandise was never received. Anyone have any ideas or know a lawyer who has credit card experience. ALso would anyone know how to find out the law firm that is currentlylooking for Class Action status regarding the "arbitration disputes"? Anything would help me get through this. The Complaint is very simple. There are obvious clerical mistakes in it along with missing pages from the bill. Not important although it shows one of my answers that they would never explain ther bill which after they stopped sending bills, got very confusing.
