JBC & Associates starting calling me in January. After doing some research and reviewing this board I see they either A. try and collect on pretent bad checks or B. checks that went unpaid from decades ago. I must fall under one of these categorys. I have NEVER spoken to anyone I just get amusement by letting them leave stupid messages on my voice mail... important business matter, this is a law firm you must call back or else, calling at 8:01am, calling under numerous different phone numbers. I was thinking that EVENTUALLY they will think I don't really exist and give it up.

Well, I am now sick of seeing their number on my caller ID. What to do? If I talk to them will it give them fuel and they'll be completely ignorant or will they keep calling until I change my phone number or die?

There is nothing on my credit report, so I know this isn't id fraud and the last check I bounced was in 1990...

PLEASE ADVISE!

PS. Never rec'd a word via mail they only call.
