I have been working on my credit for over a year now and have been successful in the deletion of many negative items. I am currently redisputing some items with the CB's and they keep telling me they were verified. I have sent the validation letters to the creditors and they ignored them and gave me no response. I then sent these letters to the CB's stating they could not be verified and asked for removal. The CB's keep saying they have already been verified and will not remove them. Does anyone know what steps to take next? And how do the CB'S verify these debts? Is it acceptable to just match a name to an account number? Can I request a signed contract or something?

Thanks for your help!

P.S. This is a GREAT site!
