First of all, in order for an affidavit like that to be valid and hold ANY weight, it would have to come from the OC - someone with ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE of YOUR account and its status. No Judge would sign an affidavit like that, it would be a LIE ! Anybody can draft an affidavit and say 'we know you owe the money' but it would hold NO weight in court because that person had no ACTUAL and detailed knowledge of the debt.

SCAMCO's 'affidavits' are pure Bullcrap - plain and simple. As usual, the employees are taught to craft fairytales to scare people. "Legal" talk scares a lot of people and that's what they're hoping for !!
