My client was contacted by these shitbirds in July regarding a Capital One account(after being told verbally and by certified mail to not contact her) and they browbeat her into making a payment from her checking account over the phone.

Client called bank and Un-Authorized the payment so bank did not honor the debit from this NCO company.

Now, they called client, AGAIN, and said she wrote them a bad check. I called and told Douglas that he is in violation of hte law for contacting my client and that I wanted to see the check and all docs. He refused and said that I should call his legal department. I told Dougie baby to fuck off and have a local attorney give me a call. Dougie also refused to give me the information for the company that he works for.

You really have to love these wankers. Maybe they did not get their diaper's changed enough as children.
