last payment July 2003, must admit always late and sometimes miss payments. Guess they must have gotten fed up. Live in Pennsylvania. Attorney is supposedly "Patanaud and Felix". The woman stated if the $3000 is not paid by 9-15 then it will go to court through Sherman----???? cant remember the name. She said once is is there they have many charges and are really nasty.
I really would like start paying on this faithfully and dont know what to do. It is in my husband's name but I have permission to talk to Sears, have used the card for many years.
