Do you think that this will become an immediate lawsuit. I want to make regular monthly payments to Sears or whomever, I just cant make that large of a payment initially. She was adamant about the large amount sent "quick collect". If not by 9-15 then I will be sued. I really am not sure if this is legitimate. We have never been sued before.
