Does anyone have any experience with First Premier Bank. I have accounts which became past due last December ('02). I'm not sure if it's been assigned to a collection agency yet. I have 4 credit cards with the company with $300 limits and lots of over limit & late charges. WHERE SHOULD I START IN GETTING THIS DEBT TAKEN CARE OF? I live in California if that matters. Thanks for any info.
