I do have a judgement on my Credit reports though but it's PAID. Sears is ruthless and the lawyers they hire are nasty! They threaten you and say they will garnish you wages. They had me in TEARS! Then I couldn't deal with the lady I was, she would get an attitude with me and finally I started e-mailing the actual lawyers and things got done. Good luck...Sears is a pain in the butt!
